In Uruguay, at Libertad city, SILVERCAP had install a production plant able to produce new tires and products to use in retread tires processes. At the same structure was installed the CTAP, Development and Training Center Angela Pellegrini Paludo. In this technical center are conducted research and development for new technologies in rubber products, new tires and retread tires. At the same time, employees and customers’ operators receives training and capacitation in retread activities and processes.
